A flexible journal designed for real life.
Some days you might have twenty minutes. Other days you’re squeezing in a moment between breakfast crumbs, errands, or bedtime routines. This journal provides printable pages to help you pause and spend a little time with God, however that looks in your current season.
Use it to reflect on Scripture, write a prayer, or jot down what you’re grateful for.
even five minutes is enough to connect with god
Start with one word, one line, one page.
Does this sound familiar?
You’ve tried journaling or setting aside quiet time before, but it felt overwhelming and hard to keep up.
I’ve been there too. Some days feel full before they even begin. The pages in this journal were created to give you a simple place to gather scattered thoughts and meet with God.
No complicated routine or pressure to fill out every space. Use what helps, skip what doesn’t, and come back whenever you need it. Think presence over perfection.

Paper on Purpose
Now, you might be thinking… a paper journal Peggy? Really? Isn’t that a little old school? Hear me out for a second. I believe using paper can actually improve our time with God for a few simple reasons.
Practical Ways to Use this Printable
Printable PDFs are wonderful because you purchase them once and can use them again and again. But you might be wondering, how do I actually use this in real life? Great question! Below are three different ways. Choose what works best for your current season of life.
simplest option
Three Ring Binder
This is the most flexible and budget friendly option. Print the pages you want and place them in a three ring binder. You can add pages anytime, rearrange sections, or print more whenever you need them. Many people start here because it’s simple and easy to adjust as their routine changes.
structured option
Coil Binding
If you prefer more of a traditional journal, you can print your pages and take them to a local print shop for coil binding. At my local UPS store it costs around $6 for about 100 pages including plastic covers. The trade off is that pages need to be printed ahead of time, so it’s a little less flexible than a binder.
flexible option
ProClick System
I use these in our home. The binding looks like a spiral, but it can easily be opened to add or remove pages. The spines come with a binding tool, but you can also just use a pen or pencil. I bought mine years ago and the only thing I’ve had to replenish so far is the paper. If you’re curious, I’ve included links below.
